Part 208 - Walk

An early morning walk can change your outlook.

I've been reading discovery since 4:30 AM. It's not usually fun to read discovery. It's usually a bit of a gut punch. But it's always necessary and usually helpful.

I took a few minutes this morning to stroll the neighborhood. Walked several blocks to the east. Walked several blocks to the west. Grabbed a cortado at Craft Work Coffee. I'm back to reading now. The walk lasted just under an hour. I covered about three miles. My outlook on the day is much improved.
