When you're on the road, take a few minutes to care for yourself. A daily break to get in a practice while traveling is my way of doing that.
If you can't find a studio in which to practice and you want something more demanding/encouraging that a solo practice, call a local yoga instructor and schedule a private class.
It may cost you a bit, $50 to $100 - depending on the instructor, but I can almost guarantee that you'll gain that much - likely more - in the deepening of your practice.
A private lesson allows you to work on specific postures or issues. A good instructor will walk you through poses with an eye towards proper form and posture.
Give it a try.
