Today is a recovery day. I've moved through the initial pain of injury, which - it turns out - wasn't as bad as it could have been - by a long shot.

Today is a recovery day. I moved through poses here in the home studio for just over an hour. I moved gently. I moved slowly. I moved thoughtfully, with intention. But I moved.
