Part 315 - Premature

With injury, I tend to push too much.

· frustration,yoga,body,consistency

So, my wrist felt better last week. I jumped right in and used it. I used it a lot. I wrote. I cooked. I stalked about without my brace. I was excited.

I found myself the next day in pain. A lot of pain.

Today is September 25, 2018. The wrist is feeling some better. But I'm going to watch for pronouncements like, "I'm back."

I will try to post again on a daily basis from today. But, I am not back. Not 100%. Not yet.
