I fear I've overdone it. I have, thanks to my daily yoga practice, inflicted a case of tennis elbow (I do not play tennis) on myself. Nobody's fault but mine.
I've dialed back the practice to poses that avoid wrists and elbows. I'm going to have to do this for a while.
If I'm honest, the pain in my elbow is a direct result of ego.
If I'm honest, my ego is still getting in my way.
