I've injured my left elbow. It's tendonitis. It doesn't hurt bad, but it's injured and getting worse.
I've been taking in a rather chill home-practice the past few days. Restorative postures. No arm weight. No down dog. No plank.
Here's the thing: It's been lovely.
The restorative poses have been helpful in a number of ways. Back feels better. Elbow is healing. Meditation has improved, with more time in mindfulness - less time with thoughts racing.
I'm gonna keep up the restorative practice for a few days.
